The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were quite clean but had an issue with hitting toes on the bed frame, although they were more than adequate in size. The service was generally pleasant, although lack of compensation for poor sleep was noted. The location was chosen for its beauty but suffered from noise near the front desk. The dining options were good overall, with some custom food requests accommodated.

The hotel had small rooms that were good and clean, evident they had been recently updated. However, there was a slight unpleasant smell like wet dog, and the pillows and sheets were uncomfortable, which is not something I usually encounter. The service was very helpful and friendly, with super helpful staff offering assistance with printing, directions, and kind gestures. On the downside, there were smokers everywhere outside, leaving cigarette butts by every door in 2018.

The hotel is in a convenient location next to a utility room and the front desk, which can be noisy. The rooms are small, musty, and in need of renovation. The dining experience was slow and not optimal despite gluten-free options. However, the staff was nice and looked after my booking efficiently.
